For the Igbos: Did you know that Agu doesn't mean Lion and the meaning of lion in Igbo is odum?

Did you know that Agu doesn't mean Lion and the meaning of lion in Igbo is odum? Read along with us as we carry you with facts to where you don't know lol.

But on a more serious note, Agu doesn't mean Lion but it's real meaning is Odum and that is for instance "Odum na-egbu agu" "Odum neagbo Judah"

Did you know that Agu doesn't mean tiger either because tiger is not an African animal? Our ancestors never saw a tiger and tiger doesn't have an Igbo name. That's why no Igbo novelist ever mentioned tiger. Even chinua achebe's "Chike and the river" of 1966, what killed chike's father was a leopard.

Did you know that Agu actually means leopard and that is why a wall gecko is called Agu-uno because it has spots like a leopard while crocodile is called agu-iyi because it has patches that looks like a leopard spot?

I didn't say your Isi-AGU cloth is useless, 🤐😂 Just do your own research and learn let's not transfer same ignorance to our children. If you want to argue, let's argue with facts.
