A Michigan State University student was shot and killed by her boyfriend during a domestic dispute over the weekend.
According to NBC Chicago, 19-year-old Lyniah Bell was home for the holidays and stayed at her boyfriend’s house in the Chatham neighborhood of Chicago.
Police reported a witness heard a gunshot and found Bell’s body in an apartment around 9:49 p.m. Friday. The young woman suffered a gunshot wound to the head and was pronounced dead at the scene. Her boyfriend was taken into custody and his charges are currently pending.
It was said that her mother set her up for success and warned her against her killer but she refused to listen. An American said that black men don’t take rejections light.
The jealous boyfriend who resulted to violence killed her. These days younger people resort to violence instead of peaceful settlement of issues.
