The PDP presidential candidate of February 23 presidential election 2019, Atiku Abubakar has countered President Muhammadu Buhari ‘s claim that his certificate is with the army in their petitions filed with Election Petition Tribunal. He said that as the Commander in Chief of the Armed Forces , Buhari should order the army to produce the certificates.
According to Atiku, he attached his academic qualification certificates to the form CF001 he submitted to the Independent Electoral Commission and has urged the Tribunal to declare them the authentic winner of February 23 Presidential election. He insisted that Buhari did not have the academic qualifications he claimed to have in the INEC form CF001.
Atiku further insisted that the purported training and courses Buhari claimed that placed him over his certificates is never any issuance of certificate and described that as erroneous.
