Famous Human Rights Activist, Femi Falana, has called on the human rights community and the Federal Government to do everything possible to facilitate the immediate release of the Dapchi Schoolgirl, Leah Sharibu, who is still in Boko Haram captivity.
Speaking at a gathering of concerned Nigerians in Lagos just days after she turned 16, Falana said Leah is not just an abductee, but a prisoner of conscience.
Stating that the government must do everything to secure the release of Leah
However, in the interim, Falana also advised that on a weekly bases, the government must brief the parents of all abducted girls.
