The Economic and Financial Crimes Commission, EFCC has praised the action of a Nigerian girl Anita Oti who made a video explaining how her neighbour was chanting a song about cyber criminals known as yahoo boys. In the song, her neighbour was praising the actions of yahoo boys,singing that it is a business you start with only laptop but will end up counting millions by the end of the day.
According to the young lady Anita, she was shocked to hear such a song from her neighbour
So ,she replied her neighbour with her own song, reminding him that the permanent home of yahoo boys is prison. EFCC saw Anita anti -crime act as how Nigerians should equally react to cyber crime.
Cyber crime which has become a trend in Nigeria is a lucrative business to lots of youths who would let you know outright that lack of jobs after graduation led them to defrauding people online of which their victims are mainly unsuspecting rich independent women.
